You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your pickup time by calling 1300 512 424 or replying to your booking text. Cancellations within 2 hours, or when the driver has already arrived, may be charged the booking fee plus any airport parking already paid. Refunds go back to the card used.

Airport to or from the Sydney CBD:

• Domestic — sedan $81.50, Maxi/SUV $94.50
• International — sedan $86.50, Maxi/SUV $104.50

Child seats ($10.00 each), extra luggage, the booking fee and the government levy are added on top.

Every extra stop on the way costs $5 — one stop $5, two stops $10, three stops $15. The final drop-off is not a stop.

The diversion itself is priced on the per-km rate of the car you booked (sedan, SUV, Kia Maxi or 11-seater), plus the travel time and every toll on the way through your stops. We quote the longest distance and the highest tolls of the possible routes, and the driver takes the best route.

Trips with extra stops are paid upfront by card. If you finish the trip early at one of your stops, the fare already paid covers the trip as booked.

Waiting and idle time in heavy traffic is charged at $0.80 per minute. Every quote already includes a traffic allowance of up to 15 minutes.

A booking fee of $2.50 is added to every fare.

A NSW Government passenger service levy of $1.32 is added to every fare. Read about the levy at Point to Point NSW.

Motorway, tunnel and bridge tolls on your route are charged at the published price. Airport pickups include the Sydney Airport pickup toll of $5.92 for both Domestic and International terminals. You can check current toll prices here:

A cleaning fee of $120 to $200 applies depending on the mess created in the vehicle — for example spilt drinks or liquid, food, or vomit. Riders must hold and look after any beverage at all times; a spill through negligence is charged at a minimum of $120.

Fragile items must be mentioned to the driver before loading and must carry a "Fragile" sticker. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to fragile items that were not declared and labelled.
