School-holiday Maxi & baby-seat taxis — $150 each way
Pre-book our Maxi taxi or baby-seat taxi for family travel, group trips or extra luggage and pay a flat $150 one way during NSW autumn, winter and spring school holidays from the Hornsby area or any pickup suburb listed below — the Hills district, the Northern Beaches, Sydney's west and the south-west — to Sydney Airport (domestic or international) or to any cruise terminal in the city: the Overseas Passenger Terminal, the city cruise terminal or White Bay Cruise Terminal. Book your return pickup during an eligible holiday period and the ride back is also $150 — $300 for both ways. Baby capsules, two baby seats with a booster for three or four kids, more than four passengers and extra luggage are all included — and if you need a Maxi taxi, it is still the same $150 flat rate. Summer school holidays are excluded. Outside eligible school holidays, this promotion does not apply and these trips are charged according to the meter.

Autumn, winter & spring holidays — $150 each way
Our $150 one-way Maxi and baby-seat taxi flat rate applies only during NSW autumn, winter and spring school holidays. It covers the pickup suburbs above and other eligible Sydney suburbs approximately 30–50 km by road from Sydney Airport or your city cruise terminal. Pre-book your pickup or return transfer with Sydney Silver Taxi Cabs. Call us to confirm your address, vehicle, travel date and $150 flat fare before booking and payment. All summer school holidays, including Christmas, are excluded; outside eligible holidays these trips use the meter.

2026: Autumn: 7–17 April; winter: 6–17 July; spring: 28 September–9 October.
2027: Autumn: 12–23 April; winter: 5–16 July; spring: 27 September–8 October.

Sydney Domestic Terminal 2 arrivals for Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Rex, Qantaslink and other low-cost carriers. We watch the landing time and meet you at the T2 pickup point as you come off the carousel.
T3 Qantas Domestic
Sydney Domestic Terminal 3, the Qantas terminal. Qantas domestic arrivals and Qantas Club pickups, including tight business connections where the car needs to be waiting before you land.

If you'd rather skip the arrivals hall, we meet you at the rideshare or priority pickup zone at T1, T2 or T3 — you send one message and the car is there.

Airport pickup questions
- Where does the driver meet me at Sydney Airport?
- For an international arrival we meet you inside the T1 arrivals hall with your name. For T2 and T3 we meet you at the terminal pickup point, or at the priority/rideshare zone if you prefer. Your driver's details are sent to you before landing.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- We track your flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft. Free waiting time is included while you clear baggage and customs on international arrivals.
- Can I pay with Cabcharge or a corporate account?
- Yes. We accept Cabcharge card and FastCard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFTPOS, Apple Pay, Google Pay and monthly corporate invoicing. Cabcharge trips are booked by phone on 1300 512 424.
- Can I get a fixed fare before I book?
- Yes. Enter your terminal and destination in the booking form and you'll see the fare including tolls before you confirm, and you can pay upfront by card.
- Do you carry child seats and wheelchairs?
- Child seats can be requested in the booking notes. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available — please call so we send the right vehicle.
- How early should I book an airport pickup?
- Pre-book any time up to weeks ahead. For early morning and late night arrivals we recommend booking the day before so a car is held for your flight.
