Waiting time & cancellation

• Free waiting starts the minute your aircraft is on the ground, not at your scheduled time: 20 minutes domestic, 30 minutes international.
• After the free window, waiting is charged at $0.80 per minute of idle time. No other late fees.
• If your flight is diverted, held in a holding pattern or badly delayed, we email you straight away with the extra waiting cost so you can hold the driver or release the booking.
• Cancel or change more than 30 minutes before landing and there is no charge. Once the driver is reserved inside that 30 minutes, a cancellation is 40% of the quoted fare.
• Severe weather, a major accident or a road closure can add time to the trip — the waiting rate is the only extra, and we tell you before it starts.
