How we price a trip
- $5.00 flag fall — charged once, at the start of the trip.
- $3.20 per kilometre — measured on the actual driven route.
- 80c per minute waiting — applied only while the vehicle is stopped or crawling in traffic.
- Tolls included in your quote — Harbour Bridge and Tunnel, Eastern Distributor, M4, M5, M8, WestConnex and NorthConnex.
- Vehicle surcharges — Kia Maxi, Lexus Sedan, Lexus SUV and 11-seat HiAce carry a fixed premium shown in the calculator.
Payments
All vehicles carry a card terminal accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cabcharge, Cabcharge FastCard, EFTPOS, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Corporate clients can run a monthly account with itemised invoicing.
