When a courier network would take all day to move a single item across Sydney, a taxi does it in one trip. Documents, keys, legal papers, small parcels and food trade samples go from door to door with the same driver.
What you can send
From factory parts and workshop supplies to office documents, send ready-packed items directly to your customer, mechanic or management team. Tell us the size and handling needs so we can arrange a suitable taxi.
- Documents & legal — contracts, settlement papers, certificates and court filings.
- Keys & small items — office keys, USB drives, phones and spares.
- Retail & samples — small parcels, garments and food samples that must stay cool or upright.
- Laptops & valuables — laptops for staff, jewellery and insured items, handed only to the named receiver.
- Boxes, parts & containers — larger loads go in an SUV or Kia Maxi.
- Catering & event food — hotels, caterers and venues moving food trays and boxes between kitchens and events, with big loads in a Kia Maxi.
- Groceries, fruit & veg — we collect your ready, paid order and drop it to you. We do not shop. Minimum charge $50.
- Pets in cages — guide dogs ride free with their handler as a normal trip.
- Medical & pharmacy — urgent blood, medication and specimen runs via our medical courier service.
Secure QR hand-over, both ends
Tell us what you're sending, how many items and how big, and add a photo. The sender and receiver each get a private QR code by text. Our driver scans the sender's code at pickup and the receiver's code at drop-off, so you always know it's picked up, on the way, or delivered, and who is driving. Price: the taxi fare for the car your items need, plus a $20 handling fee.

Passport, baby seat, phone or bag left behind? Book a delivery from home to your terminal with your flight number and departure time. We collect from any Sydney suburb and take the fastest route, tolls included, to reach you before check-in closes. The price is shown upfront: normal fare, tolls and traffic time, plus the $20 handling fee.

Parcel delivery questions
- Can a taxi deliver a parcel in Sydney?
- Yes. A taxi is the fastest way to move a single parcel or envelope point to point across Sydney — no depot, no sort, direct handover. The driver collects from you and delivers straight to the recipient.
- Do I get proof of pickup and delivery?
- Yes. The sender and receiver each get a private QR code by text. The driver scans the sender's code at pickup and the receiver's at drop-off, and everyone gets a text with the time and the driver's name and mobile.
- How much does parcel delivery by taxi cost?
- It is the normal taxi fare for the car your item needs (sedan, SUV or Kia Maxi) — distance, time and tolls — plus a $20 handling fee. You see the full price and pay online before dispatch.
- Can I send jewellery, a laptop or other valuables?
- Yes. Declare the value when booking. We don't provide insurance cover, so please insure valuable items yourself. Items are only handed to the named receiver.
- I left my passport at home — can you bring it to the airport?
- Yes. Book a delivery from home to your terminal with your flight number and departure time. We collect from any Sydney suburb and take the fastest route, tolls included, to reach you before check-in closes.
- Can you carry pets or guide dogs?
- Pets travel in a secure cage as a delivery. Guide and assistance dogs always ride free with their handler as a normal taxi trip.
