• 30 to 59 minutes before pickup: 20% of the quoted fare. 10 to 29 minutes: 40%.
• Inside the last 10 minutes, once the driver is on the way: 75% of the quoted fare.
• Severe weather or a major accident can add time to the trip — the waiting rate is the only extra, and we tell you before it starts.
